Often, people say that life on Earth is so unlikely- it relied on the earth being a very certain distance from our sun, not too close that any atmosphere would be burnt off, and not too far away that we’d be too cold/a gas planet… they use that as a reason why life wouldn’t exist elsewhere, too unlikely.
But I think that is evidence that it probably DOES exist elsewhere – if it’s that unlikely, but it still happened, and the universe is infinite… then surely it could easily happen again?
