To enjoy fruitful results you have to show some level of commitment to continuous learning especially very recently when technology is changing so quickly and everyone seem to be interested in how much data is been collected and how that data is used. It is therefore important to learn new skills and to adapt to the changing needs of the organisation. This can seem like hard work but it makes me more versatile which i believe gives me a stronger footing in my career. I also manage projects and navigating through a complex system like NHS and working across various professional boundaries can be hard but ultimately the aim is to improve outcomes for patients and improve the health and well being of staff in some cases.
So all these processes and learning can be hard and may seem like hard work but knowing or having an understanding of what the end goals are or the bigger picture makes it fulfilling.
